Best Rex Teams
Updated 27 October 2026
The best Rex team is Rex, Grimm and Lorin: Grimm cuts Fulmen resistance, Lorin builds resonance and stuns, and Rex cashes it in through Righteous Spirit. Swap in Gucia for more Amplitude Coefficient. Beta data; the teams are our suggestion.
Fulmen core
Rex
Grimm
LorinEvery slot builds or boosts Fulmen resonance
Grimm's Fulmen resistance cut raises both Rex's direct hits and the 2 extra instances Righteous Spirit adds to each Resonance Effect. Lorin's rapid punches fill the shared Fulmen resonance meter and stun enemies for Rex's Ultimate.
Amplitude team
Rex
GuciaLorinGucia scales his Amplitude, not his crit
Gucia raises Amplitude Coefficient, the stat that decides how hard Rex's Resonance Effects hit, which ordinary crit buffs miss. Lorin keeps a second Fulmen unit in the team and stuns enemies while Rex builds Volt Charges.
These teams are our suggestion from the beta roster, using the slot roles from our combat styles guide. Rex only gets his resonance payoff with Fulmen teammates, so both teams keep at least two of them.
