Let the lad stumble, pick out the lapse, and demonstrate proper form. Lorin is the Chief Inspector of the River Constabulary — a dutiful yet weary nice guy who fights criminals with an electric boxing glove set to non-lethal voltage.
Lorin is affable, dutiful, and perpetually tired. The Constabulary is a young organization and enforcing the law has been extremely arduous, leaving him perplexed by his own job.
He is a believer in institutions over individuals: though he is no prodigious detective, he holds that the world should eventually rely not on heroes, but on a stable and sustainable system.
A seasoned officer with a prominent ragged scar running from his right cheek down to his neck — which does nothing to dim his friendly demeanor. His signature equipment is the electric boxing glove crackling with Fulmen energy.
Perplexed by the city's mounting cases, Lorin offered the Detective a partnership, making him one of the investigation's first allies inside the law.
