Firtho in Silver Palace

Trace the Reaper's steps, and let the deceased spill the truth. Firtho is a cold and mean doctor who conducts medical research in secret chambers within her clinic, capable of applying her medical expertise in combat to deliver a fatal blow to adversaries.

Cold and blunt on the surface, Firtho wants no pity and hates being a burden. Due to a congenital illness she must wear a life-sustaining device at all times: the beating, heart-shaped Reactor on her back. “In the endless river of death, life is only a coincidence along the way.”

Her frost thaws for few. She greets the Detective’s three-year absence with an icy reproach, yet still performs autopsies when asked nicely and quietly supplies the medicine that keeps the Detective’s Mind Palace nightmares at bay.

Firtho has short dark hair and golden eyes with light blue pupils. She wears a short red-and-black two-part dress under a beige-white lab coat, with dark red stockings. Medical instruments are woven through her whole design: surgical scissors pin her hair and “cut” at her coat, a red wax seal shaped like a human heart sits on her hip, and behind her left shoulder beats a heart with a syringe thrust into it. In combat she wields a massive red saw cleaver that revs like a chainsaw.

Firtho and the Detective are childhood friends. She laments that they left Silvernia without a word for three years only to reappear at her clinic asking for help on a case, but she knows them well enough to see the busybody underneath. Her clinic, The Corner Clinic, quietly serves as the investigation’s morgue, pharmacy, and confessional.
