Her Guardian's materials go to the Skill node first, because Second Heart holds her heal, her ATK stacks and the window her Passive works in. Then the Ultimate; her Basic Attack can wait.

Give her Strands only after your carry has theirs. Her Methods need 38 Everburning Chain Sword, the same item Cinderella uses, so plan which of them gets it first. Her Potential Breaks use the Feather line, Quick Electrified Core and Rectified Decay Concentrate.
