Introduction
Master of the Midsummer Night's Ballroom, Red Rose is a dancer who never stops: a hunter, and an assassin. A superstar of the High Peers and a purveyor of intel with numerous connections, exceptional skill in infiltration and espionage, and a vested interest in the Detective.
Personality
A crimson rose that flourishes in blood-soaked soil, her brilliance shining through her thorny exterior. Yet wan moonlight and noxious mists pervade, enshrouding her and scarring her very soul.
Though red by name, the hand given to her by fate is dark and cruel. Only in love or in death shall she be granted forgiveness. Less a villain than an intel contractor working for the highest bidder, she takes a personal, almost playful hand in anything that catches her curiosity.
Appearance
Red Rose has brown hair with red streaks underneath, crowned by a headdress of roses and thorns. Her golden-brown eyes glow with dark, cat-like slitted pupils, a mark of her Florian origin. Feathers cover her shoulders above a stylized ashen corset with crimson details; she wears dark gloves that conveniently hide her fingerprints, a rose-themed ring on each hand, and keeps a gun fastened to the front of her dress.
Role in the Story
Her title card states she was, and still is, an assassin and war veteran from before her life as a dancer. Intrigued by the Detective's return, she infiltrates the Detective's office by “borrowing” the clothes of a male office clerk (completely fooling Chief Inspector Lorin), orchestrates a jailbreak to hand the Detective an opening, and offers herself as their assistant should the spot ever be available.

6 answers, always open
- Who is Red Rose in Silver Palace?
- Red Rose is the Dancer of the official Silver Palace character gallery, under the title "The Rose as an Engine of War". In Red Rose's own words: "The curtain falls; thus have I come to thee. Long parted, how brief shall our meeting be?"
- What role is Red Rose in Silver Palace?
- In the Dichotomy beta (summer 2026), Red Rose is a 5-star Ignis character with the Saviour Identity and the Combat Support role. Her job is to make the rest of the party hit harder: her Bright Rhythm attack gives the whole team +50% Crit DMG for 40 seconds. These are beta values and can change at launch.
- How does Red Rose’s kit work?
- She builds up to six Rose Petals with her Akimbo Overture combo and her Level 2 charged attack, or gets all six at once from her switch-in skill, Epic Debut: Tactical Assault, when the team has enough Reactor Energy. War of the Roses spends the six petals and opens Bright Rhythm for 8 seconds. Holding basic attack in that window spawns three Rose Blooms and gives the team +50% Crit DMG for 40 seconds. Her ultimate, Grand Finale, sprouts eight more Rose Blooms. Source: Tystra’s Dichotomy beta video, 16 August 2026.
- Does Red Rose buff Crit Rate or Crit DMG?
- Crit DMG. The beta skill text for her Bright Rhythm attack reads +50% Crit DMG for the entire team for 40 seconds. Tystra wonders about Crit Rate during his test, then checks the skill screen again and confirms it is Crit DMG.
- Is Red Rose good in Silver Palace?
- Silver Palace Build ranks her A tier as of 30 October 2026. The creator Tystra calls her one of the best support characters in the beta and recommends pulling for her if she is a gacha unit at launch, because of the 50% Crit DMG buff. Both views rest on beta data.
- How do you get Red Rose in Silver Palace?
- In the Dichotomy beta (July to August 2026) Red Rose was free: a 5-star log-in reward on days 3 and 7. Elementa has not said whether the launch version will give her away again or put her on a banner. The game launches on 14 December 2026, and the launch banners are not announced yet.
