Introduction
The rising crescent symbolizes the future of the Royal Families and the City. Cynthia II is the much-loved scion of House Luna, an innocent young aristocrat, and the Detective's landlady.
Personality
Cynthia is a naughty prankster, though her acts of mischief are mostly harmless. Noble acuity and insight naturally flow within her veins: trained for leadership from youth, she is wise well beyond her years, managing the upkeep of the Detective’s residence and office while still finding time to play.
She is fiercely protective of her tenants, any miscreants seeking to harm the scion or her household shall face the most unforgiving acts of sanction from her loyal entourage.
Appearance
A young aristocratic girl whose sidelocks are fashioned into thick, drill-shaped ringlets, true to her noble station. She is always accompanied by her bread kitty toys, cat-shaped bread automatons that double as her most loyal guard.
Role in the Story
As the scion of House Luna, Cynthia embodies the future of Silvernia's royal families. In the story she is the Detective's landlady, watching over their residence and office, and though younger than the Detective, she becomes protective of them the moment criminal elements rear their head.
